For new businesses and US-based sellers building a Canadian presence. Request a bundle combining a Canadian virtual mailing address, a business phone number and an agreed mail or parcel handling allowance. Add Canadian inventory storage and order fulfillment to suit your business.
Your monthly quote confirms address use, phone setup and usage, handling limits, billing currency, renewal and cancellation terms. Mailbox services follow the applicable Anytime Mailbox plan; phone service and commercial handling are separately scoped. Setup, forwarding, postage, storage and extra handling are itemized before activation.

Storage Starter
For inventory that needs a Canadian home. Arrange receiving, shelf or bin storage, and inventory handover. Add order packing when you need it. Monthly storage is quoted by product dimensions and stock volume; receiving and handling are itemized separately.
Seller Fulfillment
For recurring Canadian orders. Combine agreed storage with picking, packing, shipping-label preparation and carrier dispatch. Request branded packing inserts and returns intake where suitable. Your quote separates the monthly base, per-order handling, extra items, packaging and postage.
Growth Partner
For more SKUs, seasonal peaks and growing volume. Plan receiving schedules, storage allocation, order-preparation workflows and returns handling around your business. Multi-item bundles, kitting and special packing are scoped before acceptance. Capacity and dispatch arrangements are confirmed in writing.

Supply Refill
Keep your packing station stocked. Add a recurring selection of compatible labels, mailers, boxes, tape and paper. Choose the product mix, quantities and replenishment schedule before starting. This is a separate supply arrangement; fulfillment does not include unlimited packaging.
Canadian fulfillment fees
Build your monthly plan with a clear breakdown of fulfillment charges. Request a quote for your products and order volume.
Monthly account and coordination fee: quote required per month; any minimum commitment is stated in your agreement.
Inventory receiving: quote required per delivery, carton or pallet, including the agreed count and check-in process.
Storage: billed monthly for your agreed space; separate from picking and packing.
Pick and pack: CA$2.40 per order, including the first item. Packaging, postage, storage and additional items are charged separately. Applicable taxes are extra.
Additional items: quote required per extra item picked in the same order.
Packaging and label printing: quoted by materials and service used; bring approved packaging or request our supplies.
Postage and carrier charges: separately quoted for the shipment’s destination, size, weight and selected service.
Returns processing: quote required per returned parcel, with inspection, restocking or disposal instructions agreed in advance.
Optional work: kitting, inserts, relabelling, special packing and inventory counts quoted separately.
Your written quote confirms amounts, billing currency, taxes, allowances and extra charges before service starts. Address and phone subscriptions do not include unlimited fulfillment. France and Colombia basic-address plans do not include e-commerce fulfillment.

Start in four steps

Approve your scope and quote: agree capacity, accepted goods, fees, dispatch process and returns instructions.
Send approved inventory: use your assigned receiving details only after onboarding.
Send orders for dispatch: provide customer and order details through the agreed process; we prepare the shipment and provide tracking when available.
Inventory acceptance, customs responsibilities, order cutoffs and dispatch times are agreed before service begins. A receiving address is not a business-registration or tax-residency service.

Can a US-based business use your Canadian services?
Yes. Request onboarding for a Canadian mailing address and, separately, approved inventory receiving, storage and order handling. We agree the service scope and fees before you send mail or goods.
Can I bundle an address, phone number and handling?
Request our monthly Canada Business Launch bundle. Your quote specifies the phone service, address permissions, included handling and any additional usage charges before activation.
Do France and Colombia include e-commerce fulfillment?
No. These locations offer basic address services only. Contact us to confirm the exact location, available mail services and monthly fees.
How do Anytime Mailbox subscriptions work?
Choose the applicable Bolton plan and complete the required onboarding before using your assigned address. Mailbox prices and service allowances follow the applicable Anytime Mailbox plan in USD. Review the provider’s current agreement for renewal and cancellation terms.
What storage sizes are available?
We have four 3 × 3 ft rooms, three 6 × 4 ft spaces and five 5 × 3 ft spaces, subject to booking availability. All are unheated and 6 ft high. The 6 × 4 ft rate is CA$90 per month. Contact us to confirm current rates, access and accepted goods.
Can you print my shipping label?
Contact us with your label file to confirm printing options and price. Bring the parcel securely packed and follow your carrier or retailer’s return instructions.
Can I return shipping supplies?
Unopened, unused supplies in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase. Contact us before sending a return and review our return policy.
Is every carrier return accepted?
Acceptance depends on the carrier, retailer and label instructions. Contact us before visiting if you are unsure whether your shipment is eligible.
